Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and handled within 1-25 business days from the time of purchase. The time required for handling depends on the order details, such as inventory and customization.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out within 1-25 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, and international shipping can take 10-14 business days, but may take longer depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (within Australia): A flat rate of $15 AUD will be charged for shipping.

International Shipping: A flat rate of $20 AUD will apply for international shipping to most countries.

* Please note that international customers may also be responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that are imposed by their home country upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Return Policy 

  1. Defective Items Only
    We only accept returns for defective clothing. If your item is damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist with a return or exchange.

  2. Exchanges
    We do offer exchanges for defective items. If you'd prefer to exchange your clothing for another size or item, simply contact us within the 14-day window, and we’ll guide you through the process.

  3. Return Process
    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the defect, and any photos of the issue. After verification, we will provide return instructions.

  4. Condition of Returned Items
    Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) to be eligible for return or exchange.

  5. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us. However, if the item is not defective, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
